Standard Pressure Control Trainer - Model P-2C
The Pressure Control Trainer teaches proper pressure control methods. The centrifugal pump transfers liquid from the storage reservoir, though a control valve, and back to the reservoir. As the control valve closes, a back pressure created by the valve closing will pressurize the tank. The pressure in the tank is regulated by the valve position. The pressure is monitored by a pressure transmitter, controller, and alarm indicators. The large pressure tank acting as an accumulator, will allow different pressure settings to be examined and controlled. A hand operated discharge valve allows for process load changes and controller reaction.
